Blogging Conference in Brighton, UK – Traverse 2013
There is no doubt, most successful bloggers are hard workers. We want to develop our blogging skills but sometimes finding the time and the money to travel to blogging conferences abroad can be extremely difficult.
Uniting the 9-5 workers that Blog
We have developed Traverse 2013 to be a conference that is accessible as possible for those 9-5 workers looking to gain some valuable hands on knowledge to apply to their own work.
We’re hosting workshops on key blogging topics such as WordPress, SEO, Photography, pitching, mobile photograph and writing. Although the conference has a slight travel slant all of the workshops will prove valuable to bloggers in other niches such as food, lifestyle and fashion. For £32 for your blogger ticket you’ll have the chance to attend four insightful workshops and attend two evening social events.
Brighton is the host city for Traverse 2013, just 45 minutes from London (£12 train ticket) and 30 minutes from Gatwick Airport makes it an extremely flexible, accessible and value for money location. It’s a independent vibrant city with a start-up feel to it. For us this makes it the perfect fit for a new conference for passionate and innovative bloggers.
Why You Should Go?
We’re looking to give bloggers some real tips and advice they can take away and apply directly to their own work so they can improve as a blogger. As well as all the hard work we’ll be having two social events giving bloggers the chance to network and mingle with like-minded bloggers and travel industry attendees.
We are also encouraging bloggers to bring along their own laptops, smart phones and tablets plus their own real life examples of their work (photography, travel writing, blog setup etc) so that workshop speakers can address their questions and critique their work.
On top of the all the different blogging workshops Traverse 2013 will be host to industry talks, panel discussion and networking opportunities.
Traverse 2013 begins on Friday 19th April to the 21st April 2013, tickets are on sale now.
